Beak Déšť

The second batch of our Czech pilsner Déšť is available now. We’ve made a few tweaks to our brewing process, including changes to the mashing temperature, yeast handling and nutrients procedures. We’re so happy with the results. It’s drier, crisper and cleaner than version one and is singing with yeasty, grainy floral aromas. We’re also picking up notes of lemon, hay and a gentle sourdough-like acidity.
