Descripción De color rubio intenso, la espuma cremosa de Barbãr desprende un aroma potente, discretamente perfumado con miel y acompañado de un bouquet de notas florales, especiadas y cítricas. El uso de trigo blando da un ataque redondo, sin pesadez. El azúcar aportado por la miel durante la ebullición del mosto sufre una fermentación y se convierte en alcohol. en consecuencia, se trata de una cerveza suave pero no dulce, con un toque de acidez que le da frescura. El final es lleno de finura y sin regusto amargo. Una cerveza original y distintiva cuyos orígenes lejanos se remontan a la “cervoise” elaborada por nuestros antepasados que la llamaban “descanso del guerrero”.
