La Birra Baladin Super Bitter è il perfetto connubio tra note agrumate con il forte sentore amaricante del luppolo. Con un grado alcolico di 8% è una birra da servire intorno agli 11 gradi con carni brasate. Non è di certo indicata per gli amanti della birra leggera.

Fruity and warm scents immediately invade the nose, harmoniously blending with the delicate herbaceous and citrusy notes of the hops displayed again in the taste, along with the hints of cereals that are perceived with the very first sip.

As the first sensations fade, a pleasant and very subtle peppery note emerges.

L’olfatto è dominato dalle caratteristiche note agrumate e resinose del luppolo americano Amarillo, ma in bocca rimane fedele allo stile Baladin e non perde di vista l’equilibrio. Le note maltate, i sentori di caramello e frutta secca, ben bilanciano il tipico amaro del luppolo.
L’elevato grado alcolico (8 gradi) è ben mascherato dalla struttura, per una birra che invita alla compagnia, alla socializzazione e alle lunghe serate.

Baladin Super Bitter ist ein charaktervolles Belgian Strong Amber Ale mit leuchtender Bernsteinfarbe und cremigem, haselnussfarbenem Schaum. In der Nase entfalten sich warme, fruchtige Aromen, die sich harmonisch mit grasigen und zitrusartigen Hopfennoten verbinden. Am Gaumen ergänzen sich diese Eindrücke mit malzigen Getreidetönen zu einem vollmundigen Geschmackserlebnis. Der Nachtrunk klingt weich aus und wird von einer dezenten Pfeffernote abgerundet, die dem Bier eine feine, würzige Tiefe verleiht.

Dies ist ein Amber Ale mit einer anhaltenden, hell haselnussfarbenen Schaumkrone.
