Bakunin Brewing Co. ЯСЛЯНКА

Yaslyanka is a spiced tomato gose brewed by Bakunin in collaboration with the contract brewery On the Bones. The idea of creating a joint project has long been discussed by leading brewers; a special occasion for such an event was the 6th anniversary of the Yasli bar, which is the property of On the Bones. The beer was named after the famous soup of the right bank of the Neva - "Yaslyanka". The beer is made exclusively from natural ingredients. A light sour-kettle base is used as a base, and a secret mix of spices and tomato puree completes the composition. The beer has a gravity of 15% and a pleasant bitterness at 20 IBU. Beer will be a great addition to meat dishes, live fire dishes, sausages, smoked meats and snacks.
