Originally formed as Ben Buckler Brewery in 2016, The Bondi Brewing Co launched Bondi Beach's first craft beer in the summer of 2018 and operate a small lab in a garage North Bondi to this day, to brew and scientifically test all of their latest small batch innovations. Bondi Draught is The Bondi Brewing Co's 2nd core beer creation.
