His name is Theodore.As per tradition, to mark the occasion we named the next unnamed beer in the schedule after him and hopped it with some of our favorite hops du jour. This ones for you buddy!Hopped with Talus and our hand selected Nectaron and Simcoe, this beer is a great freeze frame of where our IPA game was at in 2022. We are crush HARD on these three hops and we love this beer definitely less than our son, but still a lot. We taste notes of pineapple, tangerine, pink grapefruit, and unconditional love.
