Azvex x Deya - Project Genome 25.02 DIPA - The Beer Garage

This DIPA is brewed with our friends at DEYA, a veteran of hoppy beer in the UK.We chose an oat-heavy grist and combined our experiences using them to mash at a lower-than-normal temperature. We also focused on getting a high beta glucan content into
