Description 12x330ml “Kosmosas” Baltic Porter in glass bottles

“Kosmosas” Baltic Porter – lithuanian winter season beer. This is, a close to our region, Baltic porter, which we decided to spice up by ageing it with French oak and bourbon barrel chips. Our interpretation of this style – black and opaque beer with caramel colored beer head. Rich chocolate flavor with vanilla oak aroma notes. The flavor is dominated with dried plums, raisins and little liqourice with dark bitter chocolate aftertaste. Though 7,2 ABV to this style is not much, we tried so that this beer with its intense flavor would not be less intense and rich than its family.

Goes well with american BBQ, roasted game steaks, chili stew, long aged cheeses and chocolate desserts.
