Antidoot - Wilde Fermenten A North American Raga (2018/2019)

In November 2018 Jeff from Atom Brewing (Colorado, USA) came over to brew together our first batch of our second season. As it was also the last day of cidermaking, we decided to use the pomace of the (Normandy bitter) apples in the coolship for one night. For refermentation we used only fresh apple juice. The beer was brewed with pilsner malt, raw wheat and aged hops, and is meant as an alternative version of our naked base beer. Bottled 2020.
