Isom Dart by Amager Bryghus is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Double Mash Imperial Stout, aged for 22 months in Woodford Reserve 100 Proof barrels. Brewed with a rich malt bill including Pilsner, Munich, Chocolate, Café Light, Special B, and wheat malt, and hopped with Zappa and Citra. Fermented with UK Ale yeast, this stout delivers deep complexity, bold roast character, and smooth barrel-aged warmth.
