Rainbow Child: a wild and wonderful hybrid that defies categorisation and is a testament to Æblerov's commitment to pushing the boundaries of traditional cider-making. This unconventional blend defies categorization, seamlessly merging elements of beer, wine, and cider into a truly unique beverage.  

Each year, Æblerov crafts a new iteration of Rainbow Child, ensuring a constant surprise. For the Forbidden Fruits edition, they combined cider and food apples with Solaris and Rondo grapes, then dry hopped with Citra and Chinook hops.
