B rewed with approximately 60% barley malt, 40% wheat, aged hops, and water, fermented naturally and matured in oak before being bottled unfiltered. Each blend variation is distinct—vintages depend on which barrels and brews are available, so no two releases are identical at around 6 % ABV, it offers a bright golden colour with a lively mousse. Aromatically and on the palate, expect tart orchard fruits (green apple, rhubarb), citrus zest, earthy barnyard funk, subtle wood tones, and a clean, dry finish. Versions that include some honey at blending add a delicate sweetness to balance the natural acidity.
This is a beer built for patience—cellaring it can further harmonise fruit, oak, and funk, with potential to age gracefully for decades.

A Golden Blend with both young lambik and a good portion of two-year and four-year old lambik. This blend consists of lambikken of seven different brews and four different barrels, and 75% of the lambikken have been brewed by us. More than 20% of the heirloom cereals used in the 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik, was sourced in Pajottenland.
The weighted average age of the blend was 25 months upon bottling. This blend features the same lambikken as blend 34, except one and with different proportions.

This Golden Blend has been blended with lambikken from four different barrels and seven different brews. Three quarters of this blend consists of lambikken brewed by us. The oldest lambik was brewed in early 2016. As we have increased the average age of both the barrel room lambikken as well as the geuze bottle conditioning over the last three years, this blend resonates with Golden Blends 37 and 44, created in the same period.
