Es una cerveza de tipo Indian Pale Ale (IPA). Su nombre se debe a que debido a su fortaleza y aguante, era la cerveza que los ingleses mandaban a las Indias.

El nombre del río que pasa por Cacabelos, lugar que frecuentamos también, y que nos resulta muy familiar.

Cerveza de color cobrizo, con espuma duradera, cremosa y de color blanco.
En olor, predominan las notas cítricas con matices de melocotón y pomelo.
En boca, amarga con matices a melocotón y pomelo. Amargor alto.
Baja a media carbonatación.

Maridaje: Comidas con especias, picantes y verduras amargas. Ideal con anchoas y quesos fuertes.
