Fermentada en 2 etapas, espués delproceso de elaboración la cerveza se fermenta una primera vez durante 14 días. Durante el segundo lagering la cerveza consigue un sabor más completo. Estos lagering se terminan cuando la cerveza alcanza un porcentaje de alcohol de 7.2% ABV.
