Mateo & Bernabé Little Bichos Mosca IPA PX

Cerveza Ale (alta fermentación, levadura más presente en la cerveza, tanto en aroma como en sabor, y con más protagonismo y personalidad. Estilo IPA PX. Nos costó 11 meses de duro trabajo llevar esta cerveza hasta donde queríamos.

De nuestra clásica IPA, hacemos una guarda de 9 meses en barricas de Pedro Ximenez usadas con más de 80 años de antigüedad.

Color anaranjado/marrón producto de la guarda.

Queda de manifiesto en el primer aroma y el primer sorbo que nunca antes tomaste algo así, diferente a todo lo antes probado y que no te dejará indiferente. Notas dulces, alcohólicas y amargas se entremezclan en una sola copa.

Platos condimentados y picantes iran muy bien con esta cerveza.
