El Celler de Can Roca juntament amb el cerveser danès Mikkeller
i la col·laboració de La Microcervesera en la planificació, idea, recepta i estil hem fet una cervesa pensada exclusivament per El Celler. 

Es tracta d’una cervesa d’estil Hoppy Pilsner de 5% ABV. En copa es cristal·lina, brillant i completament neta. En l’aroma predomina el llúpol Nelson Sauvin de Nova Zelanda que ens dona notes úniques a raïm i resines. També hi notem notes cítriques i notes de fruita blanca com per exemple préssecs. En boca el sabor es amable, notablement afruitat i molt refrescant. 

Sempre varem tenir clar en la creació de la recepta, que el llúpol era la clau de tot i que l'elecció era Nelson Sauvin, predominant en gust sabor i aromes. Veient els resultats, creiem que ho em encertat. 

Hem treballat molt perquè puguem tenir aquesta cervesa aquí i que els clients del Celler i tothom que ho vulgui, en definitiva, pugui disfutar d’una extraordinària cervesa artesana feta amb passió i amb tot el nostre cor.

Ha sigut un projecte molt feixuc i apassionant, on les tres parts involucrades, El Celler de Can Roca, Mikkeller i La Microcervesera, n'estem molt orgullosos.

Mikkeller Help - Help Pale Ale

On June the 20th, 2018 Mikkeller marked the World Refugee Day with the relaunch of the pale ale HELP, which was the result of a partnership between Mikkeller and the Danish Refugee Council.

All proceeds from the beer go to Syrian refugee children in Lebanon. You can also support the cause by purchasing one of our limited HELP posters from the webshop or Mikkeller General Store.

The beer has been redesigned beautifully by our own Keith Shore and we are very proud to present its new appearance.

HELP, the new Mikkeller pale ale with a social conscience

All profits from the sale of HELP will fund safe spaces for Syrian refugee children in Lebanon, in a collaborative project between Mikkeller and the Danish Refugee Council.
