Double NEIPA

olaboración con nuestros amigos de Cervesa Guineu para rendir homenaje a la mítica Danza de la Fusión entre Son Goten y Trunks, que da lugar al guerrero Gotenks.

Elaboramos una Doble New England IPA con Doble Dry Hoppin’ de lúpulo Strata de Yakima Valley, combinado con Mosaic, Palisade y Citra Cryo. 6 maltas incluidas grandes adiciones de avena y trigo. Zumazo de 8 grados.

Collaboration with our friends from Cervesa Guineu to pay tribute to the mythical Dance of Fusion between Son Goten and Trunks, which gives rise to the warrior Gotenks.

We made a Double New England IPA with Double Dry Hoppin ‘from Yakima Valley Strata hops, combined with Mosaic, Palisade and Citra Cryo. 6 malts including large additions of oats and wheat. Super Juicy beer of 8 degrees.

Triple India Pale Ale

Probablemente la cerveza más lúpulada de la historía de La Quince hasta la fecha. TIPA elaborada con la técnica de DIP HOPPING originaria de Japón para lupulizar masivamente en Whirpool y Biotransformación para extraer los aromas volátiles más delicados del lúpulo y minimizar amargor. Completando el proceso con varias adiciones Cryo Hops en DH.

En total nada más y nada menos que 40 gr/L de Mosaic Cryo Hops, Sabro Cryo Hops, Citra BBC, Ahtanum, Amarillo y Citra Incognito. Maltas de cebada, trigo y avena. Todo esto se traduce en una explosión de aromas y sabores tropicales.

Probably the hoppiest beer in La Quince history to date. TIPA made with the DIP HOPPING technique originally from Japan to mass hopping in Whirlpool and Biotransformation to extract the most delicate volatile aromas from hops and minimize bitterness. Completing the process with several Cryo Hops additions on DH.

In total 40 gr/L of Mosaic Cryo Hops, Sabro Cryo Hops, Citra BBC, Ahtanum, Amarillo and Citra Incognito. Barley, wheat and oat malts. All this translates into an explosion of tropical aromas and flavors.

Cold India Pale Ale

Estilo COLD IPA. Evolución de las IPL. Bajando adiciones en boiling e incrementando (aún más si cabe) las fases de late hoppin’ (WP y DDH). Todo ello junto con un ajuste de agua, que da como resultado una IPA menos amarga y, más intensa en sabor y aromas. Hazy, rubia brillante con 50% Citra (frutas tropicales con hueso) y 50% combo de variedades herbales, cítricas y florales (Kazbec, Ahtanum y el tan buscado Loral).

Continua nuestra serie de Dragón Hops con un legendario Villano de la saga, que no le puede ir mejor al estilo.

COLD IPA style. Evolution of IPL. Lowering additions in boiling and increasing (even more if possible) the late hoppin ‘phases (WP and DDH). All this together with a water adjustment, which results in a less bitter IPA, more intense in flavor and aromas. Hazy, bright blonde with 50% Citra (tropical stone fruits) and a 50% combo of herbal, citrus and floral varieties (Kazbec, Ahtanum and the much sought after Loral).

Our Dragon Hops series continues with a legendary Villain from the saga, who couldn’t do better in style.
