Negra-azabache. 4,5 a 5,5 % Alcohol. Elaborada con pilsen, caramelo y Carafa, y lupulizada con Nugget y Hallertau. Es una Ale con claros matices a cafe y menos claros a regaliz. Fuerte espuma que tarda en estabilizarse y que persiste en el tiempo.
Característico sabor y aroma a malta tostada: torrefacto, café, lejanamente regaliz. Golpear para provocar espuma: densa, burbuja fina. Poco lupulada. Ligera en boca. Refrescante.
