Inspired by many of the west coast Ambers we have enjoyed. There is a rich complexity brought by the malts we use, with a backbone of hop bitterness. A dry English ale yeast was used to make this crisp and easy drinking.

Taste/Smell: Malty, Caramel, floral, Medium Bodied

Serving Temp: 46f – 54f / 7c – 12c

Pairing: Jamon, Cheddar, Münster, Pecorino, Burgers, barbecue, game, seafood, chicken, spicy dishes and pasta

Triple IPA

A dark golden color, this XXX IPA goes to the end of the galaxy to fight the forces of the evil empire. A limited, once-a-year production. Not a hop was spared in the production of this triple IPA. With a soft malty background and an assertive bitterness, this ale rounds out with the huge aroma of citrus, lemon, and spice. Touché!
