Brussels Beer Project Babylone

With Babylone, it’s “Back to the future”! 7,000 years ago, in Babylon, people were drinking a fermented brew. A few thousand years later, in Brussels, we decided to embark on this project of circular economy, using unsold fresh bread in the recipe.

Replacing 20% of the malt with unsold fresh bread gives the beer a pleasant toffee / toasty touch. Solidly dry-hopped with Chinook, she has a bitterness that is not for the cold-hearted. The bitterest of our All-Stars

We often hear that a beer is like 2 slices of bread – well, with the Babylone it’s actually true !

ABV: 7% - IBU: 55 - EBC: 38 - Style: Bread Bitter - Release: 2015

-----------------------------------
