Hoppy Monk és el primer projecte de col·laboració amb els nostres amics de BREWERKZ, que han estat votats com a millor cervesera de Singapur per Ratebeer.

Cervesa d’estil belga amb llúpols europeus , americans i australians . Aquesta cervesa fosca desprèn aroma a malt amb notes torrades i una toc d’amargor de fruites tropicals . Una entrada de sabor arrodonit amb un equilibri en les notes de regalèssia , malta torrada , cafè , xocolata i el característic gust de terra de les Strong Belgian Ales. En el seu final deixa una barreja de malts torrats amb l’amargor dels llúpols.

Hoppy Monk is our first collaboration project with our friends at BREWERKZ, who were voted as the Best Brewers in Singapore by Ratebeer.

Belgian style beer with European, American and Australian hops. This dark ale promises a very malty aroma with roasted notes and some tropical fruit hoppiness. With an all rounded flavor, and a balance in notes of licorice, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and earthiness characteristic of stronger Belgian ales. In its finish comes a mix of roasted malts with the bitterness of the hops.

Cerveza de estilo belga con lúpulos europeos, americanos y australianos, esta cerveza oscura desprende un aroma a malta con notas tostadas y un toque de amargor de frutas tropicales. Una entrada de sabor redondeado, con un equilibrio en las notas de regaliz, malta tostada, café, chocolate i el característico sabor de tierra de las Strong Belgian Ales. En su final deja una mezcla de maltas tostadas con el amorgor de el lúpulo.

Kasteel Donker - Brune - Bruin

Kasteel Donker is a member of the Belgian quadrupel family. These are strong dark brown beers where the roasted malt predominates. The very first beer of the Kasteel range is a full-mouthed beer with hints of caramel, coffee and chocolate. The sweet initial taste makes this beer surprisingly complex but very accessible.

Kasteel Donker La cerveza negra Kasteel Donker es una cerveza excepcional, con trazas de chocolate, plátano, regaliz y pasas. Una cerveza densa y cremosa.

Es una cerveza belga, fuerte y oscura, con 11% de alcohol en volumen que se puede categorizar dentro de las Quadruples, pese a no ser estrictamente de abadía.

De color marrón oscuro, rojizo, casi negro, con espuma beis claro escasa. El olor es a frutos secos y el sabor es dulce y empalagoso, con notas a plátano y frutas pasas. Es alcohólica (11% ABV) y no lo esconde demasiado.

Winterkoninkske Grand Cru

December 2009 saw the birth of our Winterkoninske Grand Cru, a strong dark beer to enjoy with moderation.

The use of different dark malts results in tones of chocolate, coffee and sherry. This makes it a perfect match for game dishes and chocolate desserts. The strongest winter beer of Limburg.

This beer is only available in 75 cl. Bottles and is not sold by the glass. The alcohol content of Winterkoninske Grand Cru: 13% alc./vol.
