Caratteristiche e degustazioni Gusto prevalente Amaro   Tipo di fermentazione Alta fermentazione Gradi Plato 16.10   Stile NEIPA Temperatura di servizio 5/8 °C   Formati disponibili Lattina 40cl Allergeni Orzo Realizzata con copiose dosi di luppoli Vic Secret, Mosaic e Cascade, dispensa note di frutta esotica (mango ed ananas), agrumi (scorza d’arancia, limone e pompelmo), drupacee (pesca ed albicocca), fragole, mirtilli e qualche tocco resinoso, erbaceo e floreale. Il tutto si adagia su una spina dorsale dolce e biscottata di malto. Corpo medio, carbonatazione media, consistenza morbida e cremosa. Finale secco ed abbastanza amaro con agrumi, resina e qualche tocco speziato (pepe nero).
