Before a cold fermentation and long maturation for a for a crisp and rounded finish.  A great example of the style.

Description A celebration lager brewed for Oktoberfest. Deep amber hue sweet caramel with a dry fin ...ish.  This is one of our favourite styles of lager, especially in the colder months.  Goes amazingly well with Bratwurst and pretzels unsurprisingly.
