Dal colore ambrato con riflessi rosati, Barry Barrage è una Sour realizzata con abbondanti quantità di frutti rossi, nel dettaglio vengono utilizzati ribes, mirtilli rossi e ciliegie. In fase di assaggio olfatto e gusto vengono stupiti dall'equilibrio tra i sentori, è una birra dolce ma al tempo stesso aspra, golosa e dissetante. Le note di frutti rossi sono protagoniste al naso ed al palato assieme a sentori più citrici che rimandano al limone e note più amarognole e luppolate nel finale. La bevuta è secca e dalla carbonatazione vivace.
