The Veil è un gran birrificio super organizzato, produce birra a 360 gradi ed una buona parte è dedicata al mondo delle sour beers.
Closer Glimpse Viognier è un Lambic Style nato dalla miscela di birre aventi 2 e 3 anni, fermentazione totalmente spontanea con aggiunta di uve Viognier intere provenienti dalla Flying Fox Winery.
La birra da noi provata risulta molto rustica, corposa, con un’acidità spiccata ed una leggera volatile in equilibrio con note di rovere.
La bevuta è complessa, ed avvolgente, sicuramente non destinata a bevitori occasionali.
Prima di essere commercializzata affina in bottiglia per 16 mesi.
Per realizzare questo Lambic Style The Veil ha focalizzato tutte le sue forze sulla pazienza, la competenza, nonché sul packaging elegante e raffinato.
