A TapRoom staple, if you will, Citra Starburst is a dangerously drinkable Double IPA sitting at a surprisingly hefty 8.0% ABV.

A super bright IPA hopped w/ 100% Citra hops, up front you get a big blast of citrus to the nose followed by more citrus mid palate and a clean dry finish. This beer is literal starburst of tangerine & melon right out of the glass!

After founding one of San Diego’s longest standing craft beer bars, Kevin and Kyle Conover looked to establish a world class, neighborhood brewery & restaurant in the heart of North Park. Brewing operations led by former head brewer of Mikkeller, Daniel Cady. Cady brings years of experience brewing a wide range of styles as well as numerous awards under his barrel aging program. His technical prowess and level of creativity create for a very unique skillset that comes through in all of his beers.
