Corpo medio, carbonatazione abbastanza vivace. Al palato, morbida, succosa e cremosa grazie all'aggiunta di avena è ben equilibrata. La bevuta è figlia dell’aroma: apre con una dolcezza fruttata media seguita da un amaro moderato con agrumi ed un po' di pino che caratterizzano tutto il lungo e secco finale.

Dal birrificio: “Abbiamo dotato questa bomba con un doppio dry hop di Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado ed Azacca per un'esplosione di mango, drupacee, lime e pino. Con un ABV del 6,3% e una sensazione in bocca cremosa grazie all'aggiunta di avena, HAZY non è un distruttore del palato ma una birra liscia, bevibile e ricca di succose note fruttate. Non è un miraggio ma una gustosa oasi rinfrescante”.

We endowed this straight up juice bomb with a double dry hop of Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado and Azacca for a blast of mango, stone fruit, lime and pine. It’s not a mirage, but a tasty refreshing oasis in your pursuit of haziness.

This hazy double-dry-hopped IPA will be very “juicy” with notes of mango, stone fruit, lime, pine, and pear. A heavy addition of wheat and oats along with a low perceived bitterness makes for a creamy mouthfeel and increased drinkability.

American craft brewers can take credit for reviving India Pale Ale since introducing their interpretations of the style to the American market in the 1990s. Brewed to bold levels of hop aroma, flavor, and bitterness, American IPAs are perhaps more akin to original English IPAs from the 1800s than any others today. The American hop varietals in American IPAs take fruity, citrusy, floral, piney, resinous aromas and flavors to much higher levels than in standard American Pale Ales. Ranging in color from pale gold to orange to deep copper, some American IPAs are clear, and others may be hazy if dry-hopped or left unfiltered. The intense hop bitterness in the best American IPAs predominates over medium, clean malt levels, making this a no-apologies American beer style with hop character that picks up where American Pale Ale leaves off.
