Une sélection de trois houblons néo-zélandais de haut vol, qui se marient à merveille.
On navigue entre zestes d’agrumes, pêche juteuse, herbe fraiche, pin, poivre, raisin blanc, sous-bois terreux.
Le corps est parfaitement équilibré : à la fois velouté et sec en fin de bouche, sur une jolie amertume.
Sparkle : la brasserie de Quiberon (Bretagne) ne manque pas d’ambition. Objectif assumé : brasser les meilleures IPA et se hisser au niveau des cadors européens.
