Revel Cider Company Estrella

Estrella is Revel's take on the Spanish Sidra they fell in love with in San Sebastian.It's still and meant to be poured from a height, as is traditional in northern Spain. Pouring from a height volatizes aromatics and softens mouthfeel, enhancing the fruit character and rounding out the entire drinking experience.Approachable, fruity and salty, Estrella has bright apple and lemon peel aromas and Atlantic minerality. Restrained apple tannins keep us coming back for more. This vintage of Estrella is a 50/50 blend of 2019 and 2020 cider. The older portion was aged on lees for over a year to impart texture and salinity. The younger portion was steeped with crabapple pomace for about 8 months for freshness and ripe apple/lemon aromas.To enjoy this cider, remove the cork and reinsert partially. It's now a spout!
