Taybeh Brewing Company is a family owned business established in 1994 following the Oslo Peace Agreement (1993) when David Khoury and Nadim Khoury were inspired by their late father, Canaan David Khoury (1926-2002) to return to their home village of Taybeh after spending more than twenty years in the United States and establish the first micro brewery in the Middle East.
The goal was to invest and boost the local economy by introducing new styles of natural hand crafted micro-brewed beers according to the German Purity Law with no preservatives or additives making an excellent Palestinian beer while creating a nationalistic feeling. Nadim Khoury turned his hobby of making homemade beer during college days into a career becoming the master brewer. He is very proud to pass this passion and experience to his daughter, Madees Khoury, the only female brewer in Palestine.

Taybeh Brewing Company es una empresa familiar fundada en 1994, tras el Acuerdo de Paz de Oslo (1993), cuando David Khoury y Nadim Khoury ( maestro cervecero) fueron inspirados por su difunto padre, Canaán David Khoury (1.926-2002) para regresar a su pueblo natal de Taybeh después de pasar más de veinte años en los Estados Unidos y establecer la primera fábrica de cerveza en el Medio Oriente.
El objetivo era invertir e impulsar la economía local mediante la introducción de nuevos estilos de cerveza artesanal, de acuerdo con la Ley de Pureza Alemana sin conservantes ni aditivos para hacer una excelente cerveza palestina, generando un sentimiento nacionalista.
Nadim Khoury empezó haciendo cerveza casera durante los días de colegio en una carrera por convertirse en el maestro cervecero. Está muy orgulloso de pasar esta pasión y experiencia a su hija, Madees Khoury, la única mujer productora de cerveza en Palestina.
