Perry pears are a real rainbow of aromatic and flavour sensations, everything from delicate and pretty to brutally tannic. Hendre Huffcap is the very epitome of a pear, everything we love about these fruity divas – fragrant, juicy, sweet and creamily textured.
Translucent, hazy lemon in the glass, the smell of ripe pears, honey and hay tumble out of the bottle. In the mouth, it’s all super creamy, concentrated pear fruit to begin with before a gorgeous streak of electric acidity emerges. For a moment it becomes a real study in yuzu lemons and sherbert dib dabs and then returns to the loveliness of the pears and the blossom. Quite a ride. Quite a Perry!
Serve chilled at around 7C. Gluten free. Vegan. No added sulphites. 750ml. 6.7%.

Perry pears can be a real rainbow of aromatic and flavour sensations, Hendre Huffcap is the very epitome of pear, fragrant, juicy, sweet and softly textured. This has aromas of honey and hay, fresh pear lift out of the bottle, in the mouth it's all super concentrated pear fruit with a creaminess before an electric zing of acidity appears.
