NL - Het Tuverbol 2022 en 2023 pakket Tuverbol staat voor de schone ontmoeting van twee bierstijlen en een lange vriendschap tussen twee brouwerijen. Marc van Brouwerij Loterbol in Diest en Armand van Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen in Beersel kenden elkaar al een tijdje toen in 2006 er een brouwsel Loterbol Blond hoger alcoholisch uitviel dan gepland, en bovendien niet optimaal wilde vergisten. Tijdens een terloopse ontmoeting stelde Armand dan ook voor om dat brouwsel naar 3 Fonteinen te brengen en hij zou “nekie tuveren”. En uiteraard, door het toevoegen van jonge levendige 3 Fonteinen lambik kwam het bier op gang. Tuverbol was geboren.

In 2007 en 2012 volgden nogmaals een Tuverbol-samenwerking, waarna het winterbier nu sinds 2017 elk jaar weer gemaakt wordt, telkens één batch in kleine oplage. Elk deel Loterbol Blond wordt speciaal voor Tuverbol gebrouwen, net iets hoger in graden Plato dan de ‘reguliere’ Loterbol Blond én met langere lagering. Tuverbol heeft een uniek smaakprofiel dankzij de combinatie van het frisse van de lambik, de warmte van de alchohol en het volmondige van het blonde bier.

Dit pakket bevat dan ook twaalf flessen Tuverbol, zes van de 2022-botteling zn zes van de 2023-botteling. Ideaal voor een side-by-side vergelijking!

Dankzij onze grote, schone bibliotheek van (uitsluitend) flessen kunnen we steeds putten uit een uitgebreide selectie van telkens unieke lambikassemblages. Daarom lanceren we, enkel via onze webshop, graag al eens nieuwe pakketten met zowel geliefde klassiekers als meer beperkte flessen.

EN - The Tuverbol 2022 and 2023 pack Tuverbol represents the beautiful collision of two beer styles and a long friendship between two breweries. Marc from Brouwerij Loterbol in Diest and Armand from Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen in Beersel had known each other for a while when in 2006 a Loterbol Blond brew turned out to be higher in alcohol than planned plus it did not ferment optimally. During a casual meeting, Armand suggested bringing that brew to 3 Fonteinen and he would “nekie tuveren” (local dialect for “doing magic with it”). And of course, adding young, lively 3 Fonteinen lambik got the beer going. Tuverbol was born.

Another Tuverbol collaboration followed in 2007 and 2012, after which the beer has now been made every year since 2017, each time in one batch in a small edition. Each part of Loterbol Blond is brewed especially for Tuverbol, slightly higher in degrees Plato than the 'regular' Loterbol Blond and with a longer aging. Tuverbol has a unique taste profile thanks to the combination of the freshness of the lambic, the warmth of the alcohol and the full body of the blond beer.

This package contains twelve bottles of Tuverbol, six from the 2022 bottling and six from the 2023 bottling. Ideal for a side-by-side comparison!

Thanks to our large beautiful bottle(-only) library, we can always select unique lambic blends from a vast selection. That is why, now and then, we release, only through our webshop, new packs with both beloved classics as well as more limited bottles.
