Made from the second pressing of apples with the addition of water, this is our modern interpretation of an old historic drink, ciderkin. We also like to think of it as upcycling pomace.
This version of Hot Pink brings together two of our favourite apples, Kingston Black from none other than Dragon Orchard, with Simcoe hops. We then condition with local, organic blackcurrant cordial.
Simply put, it’s a super refreshing, naturally sparkling juice bomb that marries the peachiness and citrus notes of the hops with the intensity of blackcurrant and the crunchy bite of the apples in a truly astonishing and delicious way.
Serve very well chilled. Gently rouse sediment before pouring.
Gluten free, vegan friendly and no added sulphites.

The latest adventure in cider piquettes, aka ciderkins, brings together the second pressing of egremont russet apples, spontaneously fermented, then dry hopped with Chinook hops grown on the farm and bottling with a little sugar and organic blackcurrant juice to induce not only a beautiful colour but a second fermentation in the bottle.
A glorious hazy, watermelon pink with vibrant sparkle, the hops and blackcurrant leaf come out to play on the nose. On the palate it’s super fresh, tangily lactic with rhubarb, grapefruit, cranberry, blackcurrant and apple flavours.
