Tante le cotte casalinghe, tanti i viaggi alla ricerca di piccoli tasselli che un pò alla volta hanno dato vita a questo progetto.
In particolar modo Bibibir si è ispirato ad alcuni impianti tipici belgi per poi progettarne uno unico, secondo le proprie esigenze e seguendo quelle che erano le abitudini delle cotte fatte in casa.
L’impianto da 20hl a fiamma diretta, realizzato da un artigiano, è il fiore all’occhiello che racchiude in sè il pensiero Bibibir: “artigianalità e massimo rispetto per le tradizioni”.
