Mas Agave Clasica Grapefruit:de cocktailinspiratie leeft voort. Deze imperial gose wordt gebrouwen met agave en zeezout voordat hij rijpt werd in tequilavaten. Maar daar houdt het niet op. Zodra het bier uit de vaten wordt gehaald, krijgt het bier een dosis grapefruitsap om de scherpte te versterken. Zoet, zout en mond-rimpelend heerlijk.
Founders Brewing:Co-founders Mike Stevens and Dave Engbers brouwden in 1997 hun eerste batch bier, in hun pas geopende brouwerij in Grand Rapids. Kort daarna volgde een tapkamer. Na wat financiele problemen rondom 2000 veranderden hun filosofie in het brouwen. "Brewed for us", ze besparen geen enkele kosten en grondstoffen om volle biertjes te brouwen, gevuld met allerlei complexe smaken. Tegenwoordig zijn ze uitgegroeid tot een brouwerij met meerdere locaties, 2 tapkamers en 340+ medewerkers. De brouwerij gebruiken vers water uit The Great Lakes. Vandaar dat ze ook veel voor het Milieu terug willen betekenen. Ze werken samen met Freshwater Future om The Great Lakes te beschermen, en om te zorgen dat er schoon en veilig water blijft.
