This American IPA exemplifies the classic West Coast profile, delivering a crisp and assertive experience. The hop trio of Columbus, Simcoe, and Cascade creates a pungent sensory landscape dominated by resinous pine and a distinct boreal forest character. Beneath the intense hop layers, a clean and grainy malt backbone provides just enough support without intruding on the dry, snapping finish. Vibrant citrus notes from the Cascade hops brighten the aromatic profile, while the Columbus adds an earthy, spicy depth. Brilliantly clear with a firm bitterness, it remains balanced and highly drinkable, finishing with a lingering, clean resinous aftertaste.

Appearance. Brilliantly clear and medium gold to light reddish-amber in color. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent resinous, piney, and boreal forest notes. Citrus and grapefruit character are present. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops without adding sweetness or heavy caramel.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply bitter and hop-forward. Flavors of resin, pine, and citrus zest dominate the palate. Low grainy malt and light toast provide necessary balance. The profile finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean, hoppy aftertaste and high perceived bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the crisp finish. Includes a light, smooth alcohol warmth that is well-integrated.
