Wiwer (pronounced 'we-where', Welsh for squirrel) is a wine-inspired beer brewed in collaboration with Origins from Argyll, Scotland, as part of Collabageddon 2025.This “Chimera” beer – a term coined by Dan at Origins – blurs the line between beer and wine, using fruits, herbs, and spices inspired by White Grenache to emulate its character without using any traditional wine ingredients. 5.2% ABV | 440ml
