Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a prominent grainy-sweet malt profile reminiscent of bread crusts and toasted nuts. The Rye contribution is distinct, offering a signature spicy, peppery, and slightly earthy aroma. Low herbal hop character is present. Fermentation is very clean, lacking esters or phenols.
