This luxurious Imperial Stout offers a decadent sensory journey shaped by twenty-one months of maturation in bourbon casks. The complex foundation of eight malts delivers a robust profile of dark chocolate and espresso, which provides a sturdy backbone for the intense, jammy infusion of raspberries and blackcurrants. The extended barrel aging introduces elegant layers of vanilla and a delicate whisper of smoke, tempering the high alcohol into a refined, integrated warmth. Prominent jammy fruit notes of raspberry and blackcurrant are interwoven with bourbon-derived vanilla, charred oak, and a hint of campfire smoke.
