This collaboration American IPA presents a bold, hop-forward profile designed for intensity. It leads with a vibrant citrus and resinous bouquet, underpinned by a lean, grainy malt backbone that allows the hop character to dominate. The palate is defined by a clean, sharp bitterness and a dry finish, showcasing notes of grapefruit peel and pine needles. This ruthless approach results in a refreshing yet assertive experience, where the 6.1% ABV provides just enough structure without heat. It captures the classic spirit of the style, delivering a bright, crisp, and undeniably bitter journey through the modern hop landscape.
Appearance. Medium gold with high clarity and a slight brilliance. Topped by a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, pine resin, and a hint of tropical fruit. The malt presence is low, offering a clean, neutral graininess. Fermentation is clean with negligible esters.
