This Double IPA is a masterclass in hop saturation, utilizing a triple dry-hopped regime of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata to deliver an intense sensory experience. The aroma is a concentrated blast of tropical mango, ripe passion fruit, and bright citrus, underpinned by a subtle berry and dank pine character. Eschewing dextrose for a grist of Extra Pale malt, Oats, and Flaked Wheat, the beer presents a remarkably big, creamy body. The Verdant House Yeast contributes a light, fruity ester profile that complements the hops, leading to a smooth, lingering finish with firm yet integrated bitterness.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Opaque with a heavy haze. Large, persistent white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring grapefruit, mango, and passion fruit from Citra and Mosaic, alongside a distinctive dank berry note from Strata. A supportive, doughy, and grainy malt character from the oats and wheat is present. Light fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical and citrus hop flavors. High hop bitterness that is firm but avoids harshness. Low to medium supportive malt character with soft, bready notes from the Extra Pale malt and wheat. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notably creamy and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Restrained, smooth alcohol warmth consistent with its strength.
