Appearance. Deep reddish-brown (15-20 SRM) with a large, dense, and long-lasting creamy off-white head. Slight haze present due to light filtration.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity with a rich malt profile of mocha, toast, and caramelized sugar. Distinctive dark fruit esters of raisins and plums are complemented by a low spicy, peppery yeast character. No significant hop aroma.
