More Hugs is a commanding Imperial Stout that benefits significantly from nine months of maturation in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. The pour is an opaque, obsidian black topped with a resilient, deep mocha head. The sensory profile is dominated by a luxurious interplay of dark chocolate, espresso-like roast, and prominent barrel-derived notes of charred oak and sweet vanilla. High-intensity aromas of black cherry and molasses lead into a dense, velvety palate where the bourbon influence provides a smooth, warming depth.
