Juxtaposing the intensity of an espresso-drenched Affogato with the bold architecture of an American Stout, this beer delivers a sensory experience defined by rich coffee and plant-based creaminess. Deeply roasted malts provide a robust backdrop of dark chocolate and charred espresso, while a delicate vanilla-like sweetness mimics the ice cream inspiration. Despite its vegan profile, the mouthfeel remains remarkably smooth and full. Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40 SRM) with a large, persistent, light tan to medium brown head that displays excellent lacing.

Taste. Initial impression of intense roasted coffee beans and bittersweet chocolate. A smooth, creamy sweetness provides balance against a medium-high bitterness. Low citrusy hop flavor persists into a medium-dry finish with a lingering, pleasant burnt-malt quality.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high. Very low alcohol warmth with no significant roast-derived astringency.
