ConfluXX is a celebratory Double IPA that amplifies the brewery's flagship hazy profile into a high-impact sensory experience. At 8% ABV, it presents an intense aromatic display driven by Citra and Idaho 7 hops, bursting with saturated notes of tropical mango, ripe pineapple, and bright pink grapefruit. Subtle pine and black tea accents from the Idaho 7 provide a complex resinous layer over a soft, supportive malt base. Despite its strength, the beer maintains high drinkability with a smooth, velvety texture and a controlled bitterness that allows the vibrant hop oils to shine through a clean, lingering finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (7-10 SRM) with a persistent, dense white head and excellent lacing. Shows a pronounced haze reflecting its hazy pale ale heritage.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring bold tropical fruit, citrus, and resin. Dominant notes of mango and grapefruit from the Citra are complemented by the apricot and earthy pine characteristics of Idaho 7. Background malt is neutral, clean, and grainy.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical stone fruit and zesty citrus. The Citra provides a sharp lime and melon edge, while Idaho 7 adds depth with notes of pine and red berry. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but remains smooth, balancing a medium-dry finish with very low malt sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift. A well-integrated, smooth alcohol warmth is present but never harsh or solventy.
