Appearance. Deep golden to amber (8–12 SRM). Features a moderately large, off-white, silky head with excellent retention and fine lacing. Generally clear, though a very slight haze from the natural fruit addition may be present.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Pronounced tropical fruit notes of ripe papaya lead the profile, complemented by American hop aromas of grapefruit and soft pine. Low to moderate maltiness offers a grainy base with light touches of caramel and biscuit. Fermentation is clean.
Taste. Initial impression of tropical papaya sweetness. Malt flavors provide a supportive bready character with distinct caramel notes in the mid-palate.
