Bright floral and herbal notes from Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops dominate the nose, complemented by a delicate pome fruit ester profile. The palate is bone-dry and effervescent, featuring a firm hop bitterness that dances with a mild, clean acidity. Subtly rustic grain notes are elevated by a whisper of floral honey and soft wood tannins. It is a light, crushable farmhouse ale that emphasizes high attenuation and a crisp, lingering finish.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3–5 SRM). Opaque to hazy with a thick, rocky, persistent white head and delicate Belgian lace. Highly effervescent.
Aroma. Moderate intensity. Dominant floral and spicy notes from Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops. Fruity esters of pear and lemon zest are present, alongside a subtle earthy funk from the mixed culture. Faint hints of raw honey and neutral oak.
