Appearance. Straw to light gold. Slight haze from wheat and heavy dry hopping. Large, white, frothy head with moderate retention.
Aroma. High intensity lactic sourness, sharply lemony. Pronounced Amarillo hop character of grapefruit, orange, and florals. Low bready wheat malt. Clean fermentation with moderate peach esters.
