Appearance. SRM 28-35. Deep mahogany to dark brown with ruby highlights. Pours with a moderate tan head that settles into a persistent ring. Clear with high viscosity, showing noticeable legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant bourbon and toasted oak aromas with notes of vanilla, coconut, and marshmallow. A rich malt base provides scents of dark caramel, toffee, and toasted bread. Subtle dark fruit esters like raisin and prune are present, with no detectable hop aroma.
