This is #09 in the DIPA series. We’re using a similar malt base and process to #08 which had a nice body & mouthfeel. We’re using the new experimental hop HBC 586 which can be described as a proper fruit salad, giving beautiful notes of mango, and pineapple, Amarillo, Idaho 7, and Simcoe were also used to create this bad boy!
